The New ELSTONS Ranger
ELSTONS introduce the Ranger off-road welfare unit
Welcome to the ELSTONS Ranger series.
ELSTONS has taken the idea of the successful 430 range and adapted it for off-road use, giving birth to the Ranger!
The Ranger sits on an off-road chassis platform, thus giving higher ground clearance and allowing the unit to take on the roughest of terrain. Due to the higher ground clearance, pull-out folding steps have been fitted to give easier access. The A-frame has been made bigger meaning the hitch can be attached at a sound vehicular height whilst offering greater durability.
A fibreglass interior is fitted as standard as opposed to being optional in the 430 range. The easy clean fibreglass interior is essential in off-road conditions.
Also as standard is a ceramic flushing toilet with self drain system. In remote areas welfare units are not accessible to toilet services. This can lead to a chemical toilet building up effluent over a longer period of time giving off a pungent smell. In the case of the Ranger, the unit can be pulled up to a suitable drain or IBC and its own waste dropped.
Attention should be drawn to the Ranger's drying room, additional to the standard air blown heating system, already successful in the 430 range, a tumble dryer is fitted!
